Additional rates include:
Cleaning fee is only $75~ and conforms to sanitizing requirements
for beds, pillows, touchable areas due to COVID-19
Sales tax of 7% is added to nightly rate
Pets are welcome we ask that you bring your own bedding for our queen size bed.
This alleviates us having to charge you a separate pet fee related to extra cleaning time.
